In der Nähe von Poznań, gleich neben dem Strand des Kierskiesees, in der Ortschaft Chyby (Gemeinde Tarnowo Podgórne) wird ein Komplex von 10 Luxusresidenzen – Chyby-Wohnsiedlung am See – errichtet. Wir freuen uns, dass 3THERMO an diesem umweltfreundlichen Bauprojekt von EM4 teilnehmen und einen kleinen Beitrag zur Errichtung der Zukunftshäuser leisten kann. Die Residenzen in Chyby werden aus massivem, mit Holzwolle gedämmtem Holz hergestellt und erreichen Parameter der Passivhäuser.

In den Zukunftshäusern wird eine Reihe von innovativen, umweltfreundlichen Lösungen verwendet, unter Anderem: Photovoltaikanlagen, 3THERMO-Heizsystem sowie Wärmepumpen. Nach der Meinung des Investors werden die Bewohner der Chyby-Wohnsiedlung am See fast unabhängig von externer Stromversorgung wohnen. Die hochwertige Ausstattung, z. B. dreifach verglaste Fenster sowie intelligentes Hausmanagementsystem soll für einen hohen Wohnkomfort sorgen.
